The Cedar DCX team are looking for a full-time permanent .NET Umbraco developer to work on a number of well-known global client website projects. We are looking for someone who’s a got a great mix of Umbraco, SQL and ASP.NET/C# MVC experience in a digital agency environment. You will be working closely with Front End and .NET developers across new and existing client projects picking up valuable experience and learning new technologies, processes and development techniques. There will be plenty of scope for formal paid training into other technologies like Sitecore and getting involved in cutting-edge .NET/Umbraco based proof of concepts.
To apply for this role you will need good level of experience in the following:
- Umbraco 6.x, 7.x (at least 2-3 years)
- ASP.NET MVC C# (new projects)
- ASP.NET C# Web Forms (legacy projects)
- Software design / OOP
- SQL Server (T-SQL, storedprocs, indexes)
- Lucene, Solr (or another search platform)
- Git, source control
- Visual Studio 2015, Powershell

We have an exciting vacancy for a full time, permanent editor to take the helm of this market leading food and lifestyle magazine. Tesco Magazine is the most-read magazine in Britain, and has become famous for its focus on quality, relevance and helpfulness. We’re looking for a committed editor with strong experience of creating food content and a good understanding of what works for the Tesco audience.
The successful applicant will be able to lead and motivate a creative team, as well as collaborate with and influence a wider team of strategists, digital editors, account managers and clients. Although this role is as editor of our print magazine, you will also have a good understanding of digital channels, understand how they work in synergy, and be able to plan and create multi channel content. Previous experience working with brands is essential.
